Craftsman Collision

I had a really bad experience from Crafts man collision(Port Moody Branch). I got hit and run incident my tailgate system didn't work so I drop off my car in Crafts man. They made really quick list around $4000(god knows) and gave me my car. After 4 months later again tailgate get failed after I return to the shop they said :you know what you had another problem like water leakage as a same time and we were thinking ... . after I asked why you guys didn't tell me at first place they excuse, ignoring and even blame me also their head office covered them up and in 4 and 5 months while I was waiting every time they said something else. Before you go with Crafts man based on your car brand get a advice from dealership first; in my case BMW didn't suggest them but it was too late for me. I wish ICBC randomly authorize few collision cases then I bet you they will find several rip off cases then they don't need to increase me and you insurance.

Mark the manager truly goes above and beyond to help. I took my Porsche to Craftsman collision Port Moody. They did a great job repairing the body , but door lock switch was broken when I picked up the car. Mark was very passionate to help. He ordered the new parts and rented me a car and even he had to take it to his mechanic to reprogram it again. It took a while to fix it but excellent customer service. I am very impressed and thankful to Mark! Highly recommended!

Very poor follow up. I don't know if they are really busy or what but they couldn't get my car repaired properly even after three months. Mark is nIce but can't remember anything and can't get things done.
