Our family has been going to this location for years and years. We really appreciate the way John has looked after myself and my husband. Now all three of our children go here. Why? Because he has always looked after our vehicles in a professional manner and treated us with outstanding customer service. The trust that has grown with this shop over the years is not even a concern for us. John and his crew go above and beyond what we would expect. Thanks to John and his crew again for looking after my vehicle yesterday.

I had my car towed to this location because my battery died and wasn't holding a charge. I called ahead and they were ready for me as soon as I got here. Amazing customer service, friendly and helpful staff who kept me up to date every step of the way, and very fair pricing. Everytime I've been here they have taken care of everything and left me confident my car will function properly without having to come back. I 100% recommend this location.

A recent car that I bought was acting up, and I wasn't sure whether it's worth it to put more money into it. Called these guys and they recommended me to do a "Pre-purchase inspection" which they reassured me that it is a "pretty thorough" inspection. However, the report that came out was not thorough at all. Clutch condition was not mentioned in the report, in fact, the car was actually missing an A/C compressor (which I later found out), and the report didn't tell you that. Moreover, prior to the inspection, I even mentioned to them about the a clicking noise in the front, but the report didn't show, and when I asked, the reply was: "I don't know". Imagine you are planning to buy a car, and the problems that you would expect only professionals could tell you, was not told. The experience didn't leave me feeling confident about what to do. I would not recommend their pre-purchase inspection to anyone.

I have a loud truck. Straight 3" stainless off exhaust manifold with no cats, a glass pack and flow master muffler. I had a love hate relationship with it. But it was time to make it quieter. I was told by another muffler shop the only way would be to put new pipe from the exhaust manifold all the way back with new cat and muffler, and I would be looking at a steep bill. I didn't think this was reasonable considering all the stuff that's available for modding vehicles. So I went to see John. He treated me with respect and didn't mess me around cause I'm a woman. He knew I knew my stuff. He looked at my truck and told me what he could do for 1/3 the cost I was told at the other place. Now she's quieter but still sounds rad and I no longer will be going crazy on my long drives to my new job (no family vehicle for me). Thanks for the awesome work guys.
