OK Tire

Took my car in because I noticed a drop in tire pressure and had found a nail in the tread so I naturally described the problem as such. They discovered that the nail couldn't be the problem and went the extra mile to find the real issue and fixed it quickly. Excellent experience. Would recommend.

I am a regular customer of the OK Tire Vancouver location near Granville Island, but circumstances dictated that I had to make an appointment at the Coquitlam location one day for new tires. The owner (sorry, I forgot your name!) was very accommodating and was very honest about everything.

Went in without appointment, for a check on a tire pressure light. I expected the worst, but they checked and filled my tires, no charge. No up sales, never once suggested I'd need more, and in fact disputed the suggestions of dealer and a competitive service. Based on that, I stuck around for an oil change and again they did as requested at a competitive price, without pushing unnecessary service. I'd go back.
