Brought my newly bought second hand golf. Extremely friendly service, great price, actually ended up being less than expected. The team was very accommodating and was happy to go above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back again even though I live an hour away!

As long as I live with 100 km of Ian's Auto, they will be my mechanics. Janet is an absolute treat to talk to, and the staff are very understanding of the common persons financial plight. My bills are always lower than I had anticipated, and they are always extremely busy. I'm actually in awe of how efficiently and honestly they work. I'm very proud to say that that is the Canadian way. The only caution I offer is to watch out for Chico the parrot... We're best friends, but when he gets agitated and the feathers on his head stand up, it's Chico against the world... so watch your fingers around the cage!!

In the world of automotive repair it can be difficult to find someone you can trust. My experience with Ian's was great from start to finish. My car had serious issues starting and I suspected it was the starter due to a few symptoms - on the phone, I was asked to try out a few things before even bringing it to the shop (this willingness to help without any monetary gain was a good sign to me). When I came in I immediately felt at home - maybe it was because the staff is great, or maybe its the awesome pet bird they have hanging around the office! I'm not sure, but it's probably a mixture of both! The fix was done quick and at an extremely fair price (I knew I could change a starter motor myself, and I knew the prices for some of the motors online) - so I can do nothing but say Ian's has got a future repeat customer and I'd recommend this shop to anyone! Also, thanks Janet for being so helpful!

Great service, brilliant quality and great prices. Ian has worked on a number of my cars and I can honestly say he treats every car as if it was his own! Would highly recommend Ians Auto
