I had a great experience with the friendly people at Kirmac. James was very helpful throughout my claim for vandalism. He even phoned to update me on the status of my car. I liked having a new and clean courtesy vehicle to use, hassle free. I would definitely recommend Kirmac to my friends and family. Thank you

I had the best experience ever, considering I was there getting my car fixed. Neil went out of his way to speak with ICBC and get a 2 day extension on my road star as I had to wait a week for them to finally except my claim. The whole team went out of there way to make me not feel like a pain as I had to go in a few times and find out what was happening with my claim as ICBC was being a bit difficult to deal with. I would recommend anyone who lives in the area and needed to have work done on their vehicle to definitely to go this location.

The shop staff did a great job on the truck. The office staff........ Took rental away before I could pick up my truck or it was complete and then wouldn't offer a ride for me to get to shop to pick up my truck. Also told me to pick up the one day I told them I cannot make it in. I told the rep this at vehicle drop off. Only nice thing I could possibly say about this shop is the shop staff did a good job on the truck

I had some body work done on my car last week and I highly recommend this place. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like a valued customer. I was kindly greeted by the receptionist and informed her I just wanted a quick estimate on the damage to my car. She called over Brian, the manager, to look at my car immediately. Brian went over the damage and the work and the cost with me, and upon returning to his office he gave me written estimate. He also advised me that my work was lifetime guaranteed and I also get 3 free rock chip repairs since I am now a customer. When I dropped my car off the next morning, Brian told me he'd have it done in 3 days and offered me a ride home. Kirmac finished my car 1 day early and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Brian and his staff at Kirmac Collision on Schoolhouse Street!! You will not regret taking your car there.

Twice I've had to take my car in for repairs, twice I had to send it back to have the repairs completed. On both occasions I noticed damage that had been completely missed, which was shocking since it was very prominent. Both. Times. The first time I was made to feel like they were doing me a favour by fixing what they had missed. That was awesome. Then the manager made sure to ask me for a positive online review. The nerve. I obliged, however, to maintain a courteous relationship. This most recent trip had me taking my car back after I made it less than a block away before my Check Engine Light came on. My car was in "limp mode". I could not go over 50km's/hr, I couldn't do more than 30km's/hr up a hill, and my brake pedal was nearly locked up with pressure. When I took it back, I was told that my car had "misfired earlier, but we cleared that" - and as for the brakes, well, Neil, the "Service Advisor" told me that was my own issue, and was just "wear and tear". Um... No. I had taken it in for front end damage after being backed into in a parking lot. I drove my car in with no issue whatsoever, the damage was pretty much cosmetic only. So why is it that I wasn't able to drive it home? And why is it that auto body workers are clearing codes from my cars engine? They aren't mechanics. I immediately had my vehicle inspected by the certified journeyman mechanic at my office around the corner, and he showed me what was wrong. While "fixing" my car they managed to break the active grille shutter. No test drive could have possibly been done after the repairs, or they would have found out prior to my picking it up. Oddly enough, I seem to know more about what they did to my car than they do. When I took it back to let them know my car wasn't suffering from "wear and tear", and again when I picked it up, they made NO remarks about accountability, gave no apology, no explanation, nothing. Just "you owe for tolls.. give us money." The repairs that were made due to their negligence has now been added to my claim, has been paid for by ICBC, and is just one of the many reasons why our insurance rates continue to go up. Thumbs up, guys!! Also, 5 calls and 3 emails in one day to let me know "..just confirming that your car might definitely maybe ready for pickup.. " sorry, don't know what that means. Is it ready or not? Because after a voicemail like that on my first visit, I showed up and it was definitely not ready. Initially I was pumped to refer this place. Now I have nothing positive to say, and have changed my 5 star review to a 1 to reflect the poor workmanship, lack of integrity, and 'dis'honesty of this facility.
