I would give a 6-stars service if there is one! I received very honest, professional advice, excellent customer service and absolutely reasonable pricing from Dave yesterday. Sheldon has done a great job today and completed it half an hour before estimated scheduled completion time. I will definitely come back when the other section of the exhaust pipe on my wife's Nissan X-trial fails. Great job . Well done. And thank you for all your help. Victor Ng

I brought my vehicle in for a 9am appointment for an oil change. We called a few days in advance to book the oil change and gave them all of our info on the vehicle like model, make, year and that it was a Diesel. So I arrived that morning and they said it should be about an hour and they asked if I was leaving the car there. ( Any oil change I’ve had elsewhere before was less than 30 min and I’ve never had to leave it and come back) They said they were short staffed which there’s nothing you can do about but I work in customer service and scheduling customers so I would have appreciated a phone call either morning of or day before that I would’ve had to leave the car and that it would’ve been about an hour wait. I left and walked for an hour and came back and asked if it was done and they told me they didn’t have the correct oil for my car and they had to go buy some. Again, we gave them all of our info about our vehicle a few days before so they could have made sure in advance to have this oil. I waited even longer for them to go out and buy the oil. After an hour and 45 min my oil change was done. I won’t be returning to this location nor recommending them to anyone.

Thank-you Adam for doing a thorough job fixing my Suzuki! All the noises it was making are all gone and it runs great. I also appreciate your attention to detail. I'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing service and very reasonable price! When my aging sports car started sounding more like a Mack truck, Dave and his team responded immediately by providing a detailed assessment of the required exhaust system work, and booked me in the next day. In 30 minutes less than they estimated, they had it fixed and sounding like new for the promised price, in spite of needing to carry out some additional unexpected customization work. Dave and his team also were very cordial during the entire experience, which was a pleasant welcome to Port Moody after my family's very recent move here from the North Shore!
