Craftsman Collision

I thought the service was fantastic. My vehicle has never looked better since it was new. I highly recommend this location above all other repair shops, no questions asked. Wish I could show you the before and after pictures but don’t have any on hand.

When my beloved gold Cadillac was rear ended, I was understandably none too pleased. I went to Craftsman on the recommendation of my co-workers. The customer service was prompt and excellent. My estimate was done quickly. After the parts arrived and I brought it in, they asked if I would need a car for the next week. I said no as I have a bicycle and can get a ride if necessary. After a couple days, they called me to let me know there was hidden damage on my car and it would take longer to fix than expected. They then let me know that they had a courtesy car for me because "no one should have to bike in the rain." When the repairs were done, they had them car cleaned and looking like new. Every step of the way I was amazed by the level of service. The way people drive in this city, I'll probably be going back and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Edit: it happened again, somebody hit my car while it was parked. Once again, Craftsman's impeccable service and repair quality came through. Thanks a lot!

I had an ICBC mechanical and body repair done Dec 2015. Within days of the completed repairs my own mechanic noted mechanical problems whether wear and tear or from the same accident cause that should have been brought to my attention by Craftsman Collision on picking up my vehicle at that time. I furnished the statement from my mechanic to ICBC and had many back and forth discussions with Craftsman Collision about them not mentioning this to me or in writing. I had to pay to get the additional repairs and another alignment done even though an alignment was part of the ICBC work. With no notation of damage or even possible wear by Craftsman Collision and their associated shop ICBC would not cover any further repair or another alignment post work. Last few months my rear bumper was starting to come off on one side and on inspection by another car body specialist he noted that the rear bumper paint job was of very poor quality with overspray on trunk seal and the rear bumper was not properly reattached to shift so easily. I returned to Craftsman Collision. A Craftsman Collision office associate acknowledged the poor paint quality work on the rear bumper done by them but in their opinion I apparently was hit from behind or backed into something to cause the bumper to shift on one side and would not take any further responsibility . I have since had another shop adjust the clip to straighten the bumper. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CRAFTSMAN COLLISION FOR ANY WORK. Thanks

I took my car to the body shop to get bumper fixed. The manager Mark offered a larger courtesy vehicle through Hertz. They asked me to sign documents and say that it is a security deposit. Later that month, when i receive my credit card statement, there is a $40 dollars charge. I called back the autoshop and talk to Mark for more then 10 times but still couldn't have this issue solved. DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTOBODY shop as they are extremely irresponsible.
