I just had such a nice experience at this store. The owner was very helpful and effectively took care of the product I had to ship. But what made the experience so pleasant was to see how much he enjoyed doing what he was doing. This translated into great customer service - not just with me but the other customers there. And he obviously has transferred that enthusiasm to the other people working there. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Worst experience ever! I check the status of my order and it says delivered but I got no package nor a note on my door.

Now after spending hours with their customer service I was informed that “The Helper” of the UPS Driver dropped off the item and the main person responsible (The Driver) was not even aware of where the item was dropped off.

I even paid extra for their express shipping because I needed my package for a deadline and now they are telling me it takes 8-10 days just for investigations. Absolutely ridiculous! Never using UPS ever again, you shouldn’t either!

I just wanted say how amazed I am with the quality of design and printing done by Kia and Farhad for my business. Everyone who sees my business logo and design asks me who did it, and I proudly refer them to these great guys. My business has increased over 20% in the past six weeks, due to the professional image created.

For the past 2 years I have been using UPS Store 85 . I feel very much at home in this store. Katy and Farhad always make me feel welcome and never rushed . They have patience for me and are never rushed and they help me navigate my internet , scanning and printing and fax. It's a pleasure to do my admin in this store . I wish them a long  tenure in this store. Best regards.
