Convenient self-serv kiosk! Virtually no lines. The screens are tiny though, especially considering how expensive the tickets are! The chair also keeps reclining too much.
I'm so happy this is my neighbour movie theatre. I love that it's adult only so audiences are usually quiet, and I enjoy the smaller theatre sizes.nThe bar is nice, but I wish it was integrated with the concession so I didn't have to line up and pay two separate times.
Pros: Great location, good selection of films. Quiet crowd for the most part.nnCons: Seats are terrible. They lean back too far and many of them squeak when you move. No legroom if you’re tall. Poor soundproofing too. I’ve been to several screenings where staff don’t shut the doors once the movie starts and someone in the audience has to do it. If you sit in the back, you can still hear chatter outside.nnOverall decent place for a shorter indie film, but not the place to go for bigger releases.
One of few theatres that serve alcohol and has a pub/lounge area. 30% cheaper tickets than your VIP Cinemas for similar experience. Definitely recommend this cinema if you want alcohol at reasonable price. There's also free street parking around the block. I'd come again.
I mean... theres a screen and there's sound and there's a concession but thats about all that can be said.nnThe seats are way narrower than normal, you can literally feel the people next to you breathing. They recline a lot because the screen is very high up and they squeak. Since they serve alcohol people are constantly coming in and out of the theatre and the door is loud af. Sometimes at the late shows you get a drunk guy passing out and snoring for the whole theatre to hear.nnNot great if you actually want to sit and enjoy a movie properly.
