Staff that I see here are always quite nice and the popcorn was both intoxicating via the smell before I even had some, but it itself, was very good.nnLayout is great, easy access for disabled people to sit and use a washroom. There is a balcony, so it makes you feel like the upper class while up there - looking down on the peasants seated on the ground floor.nnI went here only due to my work, so I was there during a closed time and did not experience the service of the staff or the coziness the seating etc.
I love this theatre and have been going to movies there since I was a child. I remember when they hosted birthday parties on Saturdays and they’d have the birthday person come up and have a piece of cake to celebrate. I am still going and really enjoy their delicious popcorn. The theatre has the nostalgic feel of an old time theatre with comfortable seats and lots of leg room. It’s a treasured part of our Dunbar community.
The audio old fashioned just the front. I’d go for films that doesn’t require much audio effects.nnThe price is very good!!nnI would caramel flavored popcorn. Great staff. It takes some time for us to check in and we were lining up out in the street. It’s a bit weird and inconvenient because we wanted to go to the washroom lol.
First time attending recently. What a gem! Really great prices. Super comfortable seats with huge legroom. Sound is solid. Popcorn is yum.
It's a quaint, clean place and the experience was really great. Their popcorn bucket combo is a pretty good value, and includes refill. Will go here from now on instead of Cineplex!!
