the most hyped place in Burnaby. one of the gew places that brings me back the city life i am missing . the staffs all are helpful.

nnI lost my Apple AirPods after watching a movie on June 21 and didn’t realize it until later that evening. As soon as I noticed, I rushed back to the theatre and asked for help.nnThe staff at the front desk were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They took my concern seriously and carefully searched the auditorium. To my surprise and relief, they found my AirPods underneath a seat.nnI’m truly grateful for their patience and dedication. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this theatre!

I recently visited Cineplex Cinemas Metropolis and had a great experience. The theatre is spacious, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of seating options. The sound and picture quality were excellent, making the movie really enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the snack bar had good choices, though a bit pricey as expected. The location inside Metropolis at Metrotown is super convenient for shopping and dining before or after a show. Overall, it’s a great spot for a fun movie night.

i absolutely loved my experience there. me and my friend watched the devil wears prada 2 yesterday and it was awesome. good popcorn, best milkshake, and i just loved it. also, shoutout to the tickets guy working yesterday. he gave us free posters and even sang us a shakira song. he deserves a raise.

Holy, the Spiderman movie I was watching maltunctioned and stopped midway through. They refunded but like the time they made us wait bruh like 30 minutes?? At least give me smth more so it feels like my time wasn't wasted??nThere was this stupid rgb split in the movie too it bothered me throughout.nActually ruined the movie and the entire experience for me. Thanks cineplex
