I visited Cineplex Cinemas Metropolis on May 27, 2025, for the 6:30 PM show in AVX #1, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to poor ventilation. The theater was packed, and for at least the first third of the movie, it felt like the air system wasn't working at all. The air became stuffy and uncomfortably warm.nnWorse, the lack of ventilation affected my son’s health—he began feeling nauseous and ended up vomiting during the movie. This was extremely upsetting for our family and clearly avoidable with proper air circulation.nnI hope Cineplex takes this seriously and ensures that their ventilation systems are consistently functioning, especially during peak hours. This is the first movie theater I visited in Canada. I watched Colorful Stage! The Movie A Miku Who Can't Sing and the theater was very chaotic. I couldn't concentrate on the movie, and my experience here was ruined. It's the noisiest movie theater experience in my life.
