Went w/ my cousins around christmas to see wicked... it was great if you like rats running around your feet.. and on the seats behind and in front of you.. and when you call to complain about it, no one really calls you back or even cares about your experience.. it was gross... I dont recommend this location. They should learn how to clean and sanitize before letting anyone in to watch.

NWW RELEASES ALL THE TIME ALWAYS UPDATED. May be a little pricy but still a Very nice theater to bring your date, or your friends and family. Great for large parties like you kids birthday party...let Cineplex staff and managers help you organize and throw your child the best b-day ever. Inside of metro town mall there's lots of parking spaces inside the parkade and outside the mall. Free for 4 hours and metro town mall is the biggest Mall in British Columbia with everything imaginable that a mall has to offer

The cinema is decent, but the carpets could use a good cleaning—they look a bit unappealing. There’s also a lot of advertising before the movie, which takes away from the cinema experience and makes it feel more like watching a big TV with commercials. It would be great to see more upcoming movie trailers with exciting sound effects to build the atmosphere. Additionally, a reminder on movie etiquette would be helpful for the audience.nnI hope the team considers this feedback and makes some adjustments to improve the experience!
