We had a great experience with Fibertech - Coquitlam . The staff is very helpful and friendly. Sid was most helpful with our questions and very responsive to our inquiries. We needed a bathtub for a particular size , which wasn’t available during our Renovations Sid provided us with alternatives and suggestions that would make it work . We very happy with our purchase. We also had to exchange our toilet since it would not fit . The whole process was seamless and we could do the entire transaction over the phone . I would highly recommend this store for the options of products and most importantly the excellent customer service.
Having done a lot of running around for our recent renovations it's safe to say that they have the largest variety of bath and kitchen fixtures to suit all budgets. Our point of contact was Chetan who was a pleasure to deal with and was forthcoming about lead times which is an issue these days with most manufacturers. He offered great advice and even tried to expedite our orders. It was very easy to communicate with him and he had no issues when we changed our minds.
Chetan was amazing helping us find the exact items we wanted for our renovation. I had a lot of questions and there were a lot of things we needed and he very patiently helped me find the exact right items. He was very fast replying to me with quotes and helped me find the exact products I was hoping for. Items arrives in a timely fashion. Very happy with my experience!
In the past year I began renovations with my condo and my contractor suggested to order my plumbing fixtures through Fibretech. It seemed like they had changed management or at least the sales associates fairly early into my renovations. The new sales associates were pleasant, responsive and efficient during the entire purchase process. I ended up buying Delta and Brizo shower/ tub and sink fixtures, as well as a new tub and dual flush toilets. I primarily liaised with Sid, who kept me updated regarding the timelines for receiving my products, which were surprisingly quicker than I expected during the pandemic. The sales associates were happy to check the shipping status during all my enquiries. Furthermore, they were able to order the items which I wanted, particularly in the the Brizo Luxe Gold and Delta Champagne Bronze, and advised that these would take longer to be delivered which is what I expected. I was so happy with Fibretech and my purchases I ended up purchasing a Brizo kitchen faucet through the company. Thank you Fibretech.
Rishab has been incredibly helpful everytime I visit. I had LOTS of questions and he’s always spent the time. No matter how many people were in the showroom you can tell he really cares about his clients. Thanks for the great service!!
Great experience right from helping with selections, to order tracking to delivery in construction phases. Found Rishab very knowledgeable, friendly and always available for any questions. One less thing to worry about . I would blindly go to him for any future needs.
I went to buy only few products but they explained each and everything about the product and pricing. I really recommend these guys as they have good customer service and best pricing. Even though Rishab help me out to fix my existing orders and services. He is very knowledgeable and know his stuff very well.Highly recommend Rishab.
Great and superb customer service by Chetan, I got my plumbing fixtures from him for my new house in Coquitlam, and everything was top notch. Highly recommend Fibretech Coquitlam and Chetan as a sales rep for all your plumbing requirements.
Sid was extremely professional and responded to fast to any questions we had during and after we made our purchase. I would recommend Fibretech and most definitely ask for Sid to guide you through the whole process with his expertise.
I dealt with Chetan. He's very hardworking and nice guy, service is top notch and I recommend him to all for any plumbing needs for your new built homes.
