D & J Flooring Centre

We have used D&J flooring for multiple projects, and have been very happy with each experience. We have purchased their products and installed ourselves as well as used their installers. They have a huge selection of all types of flooring, and we have always found the staff to be very helpful and informative. When our kitchen tile arrived the dyelot was so different from the samples we had seen, it was not going to work. The staff went above and beyond to help us choose new tile for our project and receive it quickly as to not delay our timeframe. The installers who installed our carpet got a late start, due to issues at an earlier job. They still completed the job same day, as to not inconvenience us another day. I feel most companies, would not have stayed and worked until 9:00 pm. We highly recommend the team at D&J.

Initially Ryan Sturhahn is very nice. Did our floor for me. But when I asked him to do a repair, he will not answer your calls or emails or texts. Waited 1 month, finally give up and find another better contractor who are more responsive. one star is too much already. Don't go to him. Waste of time.

Horrible experience here. Salesperson Ryan F was initially helpful, and told me my flooring would be delivered by a certain day. That day came and went, and when I called he told me another date. Same thing happened three times with it not being delivered the day they said it would arrive. I had borrowed a truck all three days to pick it up and it wasn't there. Very difficult to get a hold of Ryan, he never called to alert me of the delay, and got the feeling he did not care how inconvenienced I was. Finally spoke with manager who personally delivered it himself.

D & J Flooring has a great team that is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a massive showroom full of up to date products and offer fantastic service. Highly recommend !!

Woman texting and driving cut off the person behind me on the highway, continued texting for 5 minutes straight down the highway as I was nervously in front of her. Not sure why a reckless driver like this would have a company logo on her vehicle. License plate EF9 03N
