RONA

I visited Rona on a relatively quiet Saturday evening with the intention of purchasing an Ego lawnmower. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting approximately 25 minutes for assistance in the department. I approached an associate on the floor and also inquired at the customer service desk, but no one came to help. Eventually, I left without making a purchase.nnI attempted to provide feedback to the manager before leaving, but he was occupied, and I did not wish to wait any longer. I had hoped to support a local store rather than ordering from Amazon, but this experience has led me back to online shopping.nnAs a note to the customer service team: when a customer is waiting to make a significant purchase, rather than saying “well, I don’t really want to hold you up,” it may be more effective to take their phone number or find another way to keep them engaged while they wait for assistance.

I Purchased a smart bulb at Rona Burnaby but need to be return.Went to Rona at Austin store. An east Indian accent cashier, asked all the questions, then she made a phone call, then told me need to returned to the store where I purchased. I asked another local young Rona worker who confirmed that they accepted returns. I told him my experience. He asked me to wait and called someone, eventually got returned. Bad return experience, this is second time…nBe careful for this store return process, don’t go this stores, in case you need to return, will spending so much time for normal return…I don’t have any bad return experience at other Rona stores.nI give 3 start for at least someone who works here to helped eventually. Otherwise I will rate one star.

I came in to get some keys made, it was done quickly. The staff was very friendly and made sure I knew if the keys did not work to come back. The keys worked perfect no issues and I will be back if I need any more made.

I love this particular Rona. Kris, Karan and the staff at Pro-Services are really helpful and go above and beyond. Big thanks to them for their wonderful service!

This rona is very close to home, I come here mostly for top soil for my garden they have a huge selection and its not expensive, large garden section. The outside of the building is looking a little run down needs to be redone soon. Great location, home, garden, patio and lawn stuff, friendly staff. Recommend.
