Small, not very organized layout. But always friendly staff and usually has the stuff you want on hand. One of the better Canadian Tires I've been too. And I've been to many.

I purchased 2 snow tires and had to wait for the guy to "get hands on them" to ensure that they were actually in stock. I took my reciept to the next counter where I waited to ask if I could pay them to install tires. I had to wait again for the next guy to "get hands on them". The next day my wife goes over after work and waits 2 hours for them to take the car in and hoist it up to eye level to say that they can not install 2 snow tires. Apparently it is safer to not install any snow tires then it is to put 2 on the front and have newer all seasons on the rear. I understand the traction issue but what a waste of time.

Terrible experience with customer services. Left waiting for 30 minutes (50 mins in total spent in store) then was treated extremely rudely by sales associate and manager. I am a calm and kind person and never resort to shouting at store staff so absolutely did not deserve the service I received. Basically called me a liar. I ended up speaking with the Customer Service help line over the phone whilst in the store - the lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. She understood the situation and agreed to refund me via gift card. I will NEVER set foot in that store again, I have never experienced such a terrible level of customer service. The one star goes to the security guard and phone operative who were the only kind and rational people I got to deal with.

Unhelpful staff. I was looking for a laser pointer. Canadian Tire's website indicated that laser pointers were in stock at this location. Asked the first staff I saw (at the paint counter) where I could find them. The young gentleman was unsure if they had them, but told me to check aisle 29. I did, but no laser pointer was in sight there. I went back and the staff was gone, so I went to another counter near sports equipment. The staff there was helping another costumer. So I waited. The tall guy started chatting with the costumer about cell phone plans and showed no sign of concluding the business... I gave up after probably 10 min. Next, I went to a cashier for help. The young lady pointed me to aisle 29 again. In case I missed it the first time, I went and checked it up again. Again, no laser pointer in sight. I went back to the cashier. She checked on the computer and tried to call other staff. But nobody came. I gave up and left. I dropped by a DollarTree store on my way home. Asked the cashier near the entrance if they had laser pointers. The lady walked me to an aisle and showed me where the items were. And I finally got a laser pointer. Big difference in service.

Had alright experience. Got some Discovery Cooper atw. Tires for my truck. They are sticking like glue to the road. Great traction on wet roads. Great for offroading and winter driving. Taking them in the snow and ice and so far love them. I plan just to use theses for winter. Best to get them when Canadian tire had there bonus days. The tires were well balanced and they claim to use nitrogen to fill them.
