I guess you can buy wood and hardware anywhere but these guys and their excellent service are the difference between a good job and a great one. Did baseboards mouldings and new doors and couldn’t be happier.
The staff here are kind. Nicole was the one who helped me. I am a hobbyist working on a small project. She understood my miming and gave me good tips on what materials and tools to use. She also saved me from making the wrong cut since I am a metric girl who struggles to use imperial. They have a good selection of wood sheets and columns from big to small.
The absolute worst quality plywood hands down! On several occasions now I have had the veneer just flake off almost with the touch of my hand. Measured the veneer layer at 0.008" thickness of two sheets of paper very unacceptable and lacking in quality. Forget even trying to give it a light sand with anything lower 400grit. While they charge premium prices. Will be giving other places my business.
Service was good here, but a fairly small store with less selection than some Windsors. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The customer service at this place is uncanny! They are wonderful humans. I bought wood from Home Depot but they and Rona only cut down to a minimum size of 12". At Windsor, they let me bring in the wood and did a bunch of custom cuts for me, and even helped me troubleshoot some issues I was having with a bed platform I was building for the back of my car. Honestly, supporting local, even if they are more expensive, is always so much more worth it just for the quality customer service! I'll definitely be coming to them for all my construction needs in the future instead of those big box store like Home Depot or Rona! :

Needed a door fixed and modified to a specific dimension and I got exactly what I asked for. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help you. Highly recommend this location.
I was looking for some replacement wood for our kitchen nook. Typically I go to the big box hardware store, but thought I’d try Windsor Plywood since it’s close. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made the perfect recommendation for my job. They even cut the wood to the perfect size I needed. I’ll definitely come back for future jobs.
I recently had Windsor plywood Coquitlam build and install a back door for me. The sales staff were fantastic and the installer did an A+ job. The door and the installation look fantastic. I have shopped at Windsor plywood on and off for a few years and every time I go in the store the staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They almost always have what I'm looking for and if they do not they help me try to Source it.
Just want to send a shout out to Nicole who took the time to really look into my trim problem and try and work out a solution you cant find what I need anymore and we were piecing together different options. It was close to 5pm and I am sure she just wanted to go home but she enthusiastically took on the challenge. If you have employee of the month - she earned it for June!
