What an equipped and useful store, thank you and thank you also for your good workers with good customer service nnI've put two stars for the two women in the specific area of CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a rude, unprofessional, zero empathetic and unpleasant way to answer and talk to customers. I have already read more reviews about the terrible attention of some of its workers and apparently their management is not doing anything for it. I wanted to see the name of one of them on her uniform, but it was so bad since it was 0% visible. They don't have a degree of knowledge of how to provide information in a kind and professional way, and the way they talk and behave is very upset about being there.nnI think they could do more for their store and for it to grow and expand... but on the contrary it just doesn't make you want to come back.
Jake and Jackson rock the business there. Super helpful, fantastic knowledge about wood material. Really appreciate their help. Also, great location for construction and home projects need. Lots of tools and a huge selection. Many free parking and a central location.
Well....I don't often go to Rona...as there's not much I need now that I'm retired....but....I needed to build my wife a raised flower bed...so off I went to Rona...the hardware store down the road.....only to find they have a huge variety of plants and soils and sheds.....inside the building all the staff were awesomely friendly and boy o boy did they all know where everything was....Isle # and all...off to the back in the lumber warehouse I needed a 12 X 10 X 2 plank cut to size....the dude that helped me was amazing and in no time I was picking up other items I needed helped by a young lady.. paid my bill and out in no time.....all I can say is.....if you need any hardware stuff this is the place and the prices are affordable.... names withheld
Not very helpful. Bought a new electric lawnmower, opened it to use and it would not start. They recommend we change the electrical extension cable but still have same issue. Wanted to swap for a new gas mower but they would not take the return. They said as it’s been open that I need to go to the supplier. Very frustrating and they made me go back and forth between the store and the house. Bad service and now I’m stuck with unusable lawnmower. Called the supplier and it goes straight to voicemail.
I had a leaking fridge water connection and wanted to cap it off. Jeb and another fellow took a great amount of time to help me get the right parts and explained in detail how to do the job.nIt worked perfectly and saved me the cost of a plumber. Thanks Jeb and colleague!
