Evolve Pro Hockey Training is implementing Edmonton's highest level hockey training program out of Evolve Strength; in combination with on ice training.

Story

Evolve Pro Hockey Training is the combination of a high level strength and conditioning program with specific on ice development that that will correlate with each individuals off ice program. Housed in Evolve Strength a 14,000 sq ft performance centre that includes a full team of rehabilitation specialists, yoga instructors, and dietitians. On ice programming will have a strong emphasis on power skating, in game conditioning and skill development.

Program coordinators and head strength trainers Dylan Stanley and Shawn Belle bring over 20+ years of professional experience from the NHL to professional European leagues. With a combination of knowledge, experience and networking Shawn and Dylan have provided their athletes the proper platform for reaching Major Junior, NCAA, and NHL level.

This is the best gym in south Edmonton.nnEveryone here is super driven, the trainers are knowledgeable and accommodating of any and all fitness levels. There’s no mirrors, just powerlifting and Olympic lifting racks, a great amount of free weights and plenty of accessory machines.nnMatt and the team have done a phenomenal job of bringing this gym above and beyond the standard.

If what you want out of a gym is a simple, no-nonsense facility with top notch equipment, and a strong, dedicated community to inspire and support you, there's really no better place than Evolve. My favourite thing is the price - that simple no-nonsense facility comes with lower prices than competitors, AND you still get access to their other locations. Hard to beat.
Evolve is easily the best performance gym in all of Edmonton! The South location specifically has an amazing atmosphere and community where everyone is supportive of each other through all forms of training!
Shout out to Evolve Strength South! I've been a member for a few years, and it's been transformative. Access to high quality coaching and equipment, as well as the community atmosphere of the regular members all make working out here a positive experience.
