Without a doubt the best CrossFit gym in the Edmonton. The coaches are personable and welcoming to visitors and people of all skill levels or ages. They have a lot of high level athletes but no egos. Great community feel. Would definitely recommend for visitors looking to do a drop in or for anyone looking for a new gym or to try CrossFit

Amazing place! Great trainers, great facility and great people. Hit a new PR by 45lbs on my front squat on my first visit! Form and function is everything, combine that with knowledgeable trainers, a fun community and your are garenteed to be hooked. I will be going back every time I'm in town. The only downside to this gym is that it is not in my town.
