This place dont tell you your membership has a expire date when i got a 3 day pass and only used it one time because they said was only valid for 7 days when i tried to use it again for the 2 time but i get busy with work and can only go 1 time a week. This place also a little dirty. very upset. There memberships cost way to much for guys who got laid off from work.

Great experience! Got myself singned up couple weeks ago by Dayne. She was very thorough in explaining all the plans and options with/without contract and walked me through gym. She encouraged me to take life changer and starter fitness sessions. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very patiently. My fitness trainer, Aman is very encouraging and has vast knowledge of his profession. I really like the variety and challenge he put into the sessions. He is very focussed and knows what I need according to my body type. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is really good at communication and is very punctual. I would strongly recommend Aman to anyone looking to achieve their fitness and health goals. Overall everyone at this location is very friendly, whether its staff or members. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR STARTERS(like me).

This gym sucks, thry always run for making u enter into year long commitments. ASSOCIATES always make the fake commitments...if you sign up for personal trainer than they always try to convince to sign up them for more session. I was robbed in the gym..they does not have safety measures to safeguard of valueable those are kept in locketr room. And worst if you end up ur commitment period even than they charge u one extra payment of getting out of this vicious circle....a big NO to this gym franchise now.....they will try yo suck every single penny out of ur pocket.

Really terrible experience with Goodlife fitness I pre-authorized my account and even after a year when my contract is up my account is still getting charged. Will not be recommend it to anyone until and unless you want to spend your money for no reason. I even tried to call customer service and they never pick up the call. really disappointed

Location is very convenient for me. Staff is super good. CO ed section of the gym is good .. women's section do not have many options.. sometimes machines are broken and have seen them not fixed for 3 weeks. Steam room never works, especially since the installation of new system, it's very frustrating. I have informed them a number of times and they o my take a note of that and don't fix it. That's the most frustrating.
