Likely great for adults but not for kids! Padding is too thin if there at all. Don't take kids period. Unless you are ok with the emergency room.

Great set up and lots of fun. Problem was during drop in the place was filled with kids and the parents are not supervising but sitting on their phones. Had to watch out for kids running under you as you played but will have to look and maybe go during a kid free time (or maybe staff could get parents to actively supervise).

Training for corporate challenge, but not a lot of direction/clarity from staff and some of the obstacle equipment is a little worn. Was a good work out though.

Thanks Tabitha! The kids Ninja class is amazing and already after the second class my (originally hesitant) daughter is much more comfortable trying these obstacles/activities and so proud to show me what she can accomplish! Both my girls said they wish that their school gym class could be this much fun! What a great thing to have such a unique and valuable type of fitness experience for kids and Tab is a great instructor, so positive and encouraging!

Great children's program. Kids love it. Waiting area is chilly in winter.
