Worst service I've ever had at a gym. The staff don't care about the members. The facilities are always kept clean, don't get me wrong, but the staff couldn't care less about the people who walk through that door. 

In their yearly membership agreements, they have it stated that the membership will continue after the year on a monthly basis that is more than double what someone had paid monthly for the past year. This little clause is never discussed, never brought up by any of the staff. 

When you want to cancel the membership, that has now become a monthly one, the cancellation agreement won't take effect for an additional thirty days. Even if you catch this immediately, you are paying for two months without being told, which is actually 4 months' amount of your previous monthly payments. 

If you are just looking for a place to work out, and intend on continuing a membership forever, this is the place for you, but if you even suspect you might not continue your membership, don't bother. The staff won't try to help you.

I have been a member for almost over seven years. These are small box gyms (not meat markets) with generally' fully engaged and motivated local franchise owners. My home base owner (Robert Pinsent) makes my experience better than any other gym I have been too, including other Snap Fitness locations. The staff, maintenance, service and cleanliness is amazing!!!

Not the biggest fanciest gym. No real bicycle parking.  But it's always clean, staff is approachable and most importantly it's a true 24/7 service.

I've been streaky at best with gyms in the past. It seems like I always get super motivated for a month or two and then find an excuse to stop going (travelling, came down with a cold, etc).

I've been going to Snap Fitness South East for a couple months now and my motivation has only grown since the beginning. The combination of having an extremely helpful and encouraging owner and staff members, really makes it easy to keep coming back to this particular snap fitness gym. 

The owner is great in trying to engage you in a friendly conversation just to see how your work out or day is going in general, to just simply asking the question about what they can do for you to make your experience at the gym all that much better. I'm never getting sick of this gym it has everything you need in the right amount of space and how quiet the gym is a HUGE bonus.

So far, things have been going great during my membership... I've got a great routine going on with this gym and the staff members just make it all that much easier to go too the gym. I'm glad I finally found a gym that I can stick to.

This is honestly the cleanest gym I have ever been to. It's quiet and everyone is like family!

Memberships are reasonably priced and super flexible. If you are looking for an affordable gym that is clean, friendly, and where you aren't waiting for equipment, this is the place to go!

Best part is you can workout at any location that is convenient for you. I prefer the SE location because of its close-knit and friendly atmosphere. ☺️
