Story

Capital City Gymnastics Centre is dedicated to providing safe, high quality gymnastics in a state of the art facility. We encourage fun, physical fitness, family involvement and community spirit. Individuals of all ages and abilities are encouraged to develop in a positive respectful environment. We offer two equally important and interdependent programs - competitive and recreational.

Great coaches, my daughter has been taking recreational can gym classes for the past four years and has had a great experience. Excellent mature coaching staff and a great space.

I visited their centre last Monday and wasn't sure if I wanted to register, but since I was there I decided to pay the fees and secure a spot and told the receptionist I'll decide if I want to go with it within a week. Three days later I decided to go a different route and the staff proved to be super unfriendly and rude. They later told me there was a $20 cancellation fees which was not pointed out to me by the lady at the front desk and was nowhere to be found! Not on their website or their flyers. The session doesn't even start till mid-January of next year. When I contested it, the general manager was not very understanding and refused to refund all my money. Anyway, I would not leave my kids at this facility where the staff is so unfriendly and unaccommodating. Congratulations on the easiest twenty dollars ever earned!

Wonderful Gym with great coaching staff. We have had our child at the gym for over three years and wish we would have switched a long time ago.
