Amazing service! Raj gave us helpful advice on home decor! Furniture is reasonably priced as compared to other big stores! During the delivery, glass coffee table was broken, but Raj replaced the entire table within two days!

I showed them a $4600 sofa I had seen at a high end store in downtown Toronto and these guys were able to get one custom made for me for less than half of that price! I was skeptical at first because of the big price difference but when I received it they look identical I can't even tell the difference! I am SUPER happy! Raj was very patient with my list of requirements and literally spent hours with me making sure I got the fabric of my choice. I will be a customer for life! - Randall

I got a great bed that I'm in love with! I got to pick the exact colour I wanted and they had it made for me. The best part is I had a coffee table I had bought from another store and the leg broke. The store where I bought from refused to help me but Raj went out of her way to order me a replacement leg - I am so grateful! She could have easily sold me another coffee table but got me the replacement leg for free!

The furniture is very nice but a little over priced. The sales woman is very pushy and talks too much.

We just have ordered our couch and were happy with the customer service. You will get a professional help from the sales person including how to measure properly your place and how to fit your piece of furniture, which materials are best and all the details about possible delivery. Store features a big selection of Canadian made couches and sofas which allows you to customize your couch/sofa, eg. have a detachable pillows. That was a seller for us. Store has a great, unique designs and wide range of materials. Although, there were few things that made whole experience a bit sour: delivery truck made a minor oil stain on our new driveway, a small part of our couch got chipped off when delivery guys were squizzing if through our door and one back board is noticably taller than the rest of the couch (it makes it look a bit awkward). For the money we have paid,I would expect more quality and carefulness. Just three stars.
