Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They did not have my order ready which was booked online the previous day. The agent kept me waiting 30mins. before telling me they would send me to another location and give me a vehicle that did not meet my needs. He insisted that he was helping me and this was the vehicle I needed. Customer service tip 1 - don’t tell the customer what they need. I would not go back and clearly there is a disconnect between their online booking service and rental offices that needs fixing.

The level of customer service shown to me was above and beyond what I had expected. Mr Manmeet Sra was extremely customer oriented and his explanation of how things were being finalized left me with zero questions. I recommend this location and Enterprise over their competition.

I brought my car in to get serviced and it turned out that it would take a little longer than expected. As a courtesy, I was given the opportunity to rent a car and it was absolutely hassle-free. This was my first time renting a car in Canada and the service was very quick and the people were beyond friendly and helpful. Manmeet was very helpful and made the transaction super efficient. After the expensive car repairs, it was a pleasure to not have to worry about anything else.

Chippy provides excellent service, the first time I was in an emergency situation and he came in on his day off to rent me a car. I have now rented twice from this location, will be back again!
