Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Always friendly and flexible. Rent from them quite a bit. Would recommend. Prices are great, especially on the weekend, and we live 3 minutes away so very convenient.

Everything was great with the rental vehicle and service until after I had paid. Then there was absolutely no customer service what so ever. In fact it seemed like customer avoidance. The original reservation wasn't made in my name or account but when we picked up the vehicle it was supposedly corrected. I was assured that my account would be used as I was the primary and only driver for the rental. Never got the points because the reservation showed the old name even though my contract had my name. When I asked for the correction no one would assist in either the branch or on-line.

Had an amazing and wonderful experience with this company, everyone is really helpful, friendly and nice! This company is very lucky to have all of their amazing staff, thank you so much to all of you!

I had a terrible experience at Discount rental. I had made a reservation through them and when I had taken a shuttle over to pick up my car, nobody was there. After calling numerous times, I gave up, and ended up walking over to Enterprise to see if I was able to get a car through them without a reservation. They were extremely helpful and I appreciated them getting me set up so quickly with a rental. I would definitely use enterprise again in the future!

The service at Enterprise is always good. They offer to pick you up and drop you off before and after your rental. The cons to this location are limited spaces to park, and no complimentary coffee/drinks like the downtown Calgary location.
