Avis Car Rental

I booked a minivan about 10 days ahead. At pick-up time, they didn’t have one. They couldn’t give me anything else with 6 easily accessible seats. Totally unreliable.

I rented cars a few times at this location and received nothing but excellent service from the agents. In fact, most car rental places either try to upsell you everything or charge unreasonable fees. Not this place. Would repeat my business here in the future.

The gentlemen that run this location are fantastic. Not only did they upgrade my rental when they found out I was doing a long distance trip so that I was more comfortable they also trusted me when I returned the vehicle with a scratch on the front that I hadn't noted when starting my rental as it didn't seem like major damage and I was in a hurry.
