The service was alright once they got everything together. The only issue I had was the lack of winter ready tires and that they needed about 20 minutes to have our vehicle ready. Isn't the whole idea behind booking a vehicle for 12 to have it at 12? Other than that, service was great!

I got a car from them because my car was in the shop. Literally didn't even use it, just drove it to my house and then back which is less than 10 minutes away. They ended up charging my credit card for gas anyways. Wouldn't recommend them.

Said I would receive my car at 12pm, at 11:30 I received a call saying the car would be available at 5pm, so I waited until then, when I arrived at 5pm, they told me that the car is still unavailable and I would have to wait until 6. When 6:00 rolled around, they simply told me that there were no cars left and that I would have to settle for a different type of vehicle...how does any company screw up that badly.
