Budget Car & Truck Rental

I rent from this location quite often and have gotten to know the staff over time. They've been great. There is always a vehicle ready for me even on short notice. Their pick up service is quick and efficient. The staff is always cheerful and pleasant and I appreciate that they know me by name. I once returned a vehicle with a crack in the windshield that I didn't see when doing the initial inspection and also didn't see any rocks hitting the windshield. Instead of being charged for it, they did an investigation and reviewed the previous rental agreements to see if it was noted on any previous agreements. I appreciated being given the benefit of the doubt and them looking further into the situation for any previous damage. Samrah, George, Jay, and all the other employees that I am just not remembering your names - you've all been great!

This NW Budget Car Rental made my rental easy. Both Samrah and Victor were great. I have never had my luggage put in the trunk for me, before. "Good Job". My Rental TIP is: get a good rate and pick your car up here. They follow the guide lines and I will definitely trust them with my next vehicle rental. Thanks .....

Have rented numerous time from the location. Samrah and her team have been and are joy to deal with. The team look after the cleanliness, safety, and fluid levels prior to handing over the car. A great pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work, Samrah!

EXCELLENT customer service. The entire staff was super friendly and happy, but Amanjot and Samrah in particular went above and beyond in helping us trade our original rental for a vehicle more suitable to navigating the sudden snowfall. They made the whole process quick and stress-free. (Our second vehicle was great, too.) Highly recommended. Thanks for helping to make our Christmas vacation most fantastic!

I wasn't renting a car but my truck died in the shared parking lot (It needed a boost). I went into this budget location and was greeted by Mez. Not only was he very pleasent to deal with he didn't even think twice about helping me out. Great service!! Thank you
