When renting a car it was a smooth experience as one would expect but what took over the top Sambo and Ray going far above and beyond to help me get home, really appreciate it guys. cheers

My initial dealings with Discount were good. I had called in over the weekend on a Saturday to see if someone was able to meet me where I was going to have my car repaired. The person I spoke to was nice but was unsure and had to call a manager and call me back. I never received a call back and assumed that on Monday that I'd have to get a shuttle over to Discount. I called Discount in the morning when they open and nobody answered. I called again a few times and again, no answer. I shuttled over just after 8 am, thirty minutes after they open and there was nobody in the location. Confused, I called again, and there was still no answer. I ended up walking over to Enterprise to get a vehicle and cancelled my reservation with Discount. It was a pretty frustrating experience and when I called them to cancel my reservation they were pretty quick to get me off the phone after I explained what had happened. I would likely not book with Discount again after this experience.
