Completely disorganized. Wont awnser the phone. Slow to deal with. Frustration is at 1000%.  Go with entreprise hands down. Or hitch hiking is a better option.

My wife and I were at Discount Country Hills on Saturday to rent a vehicle,  the staff member who was working at this location was very rude and belligerent he was on his cell phone obviously very distracted and didn't care to help in anyway.   Talk about pour customer service skills,  I don't understand how company can hire such a crappy employee.

I’m not sure what happened to this location. I dropped my car off at country hills service and went to rent a vehicle. The woman I dealt with was very rude and the whole place was unorganized. All the vehicles are dirty and the staff has no idea what they’re doing. The whole place has gone down. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

When you book a moving truck, you shouldn't have to worry about them calling you 2 days before saying that it's not available. Garbage.
