Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a rental for nearly 1.5 months. It was managed through my insurance because of an accident in my own car. The customer service from start to finish has been amazing. Banff and Calgary (Edmonton Trail) locations were great and accommodating!

I have used a lot of rental companies and even the ones from enterprise other locations however this one is one of the best ones I have used. We rented 2 vehicles in this month and both times the service quality was exceptional. The staff is courteous and they explain you in debt on what the rental services cover. I will defiantly be using them again!!

Rush holiday season and the crew here hustled to get us a vehicle that would fit out needs after we arrived and no vehicles were available. Acted in a professional manner during the barrage of customers and lack of vehicle returns (Enterprise policy...wasn't this branch's fault). Would highly recommend...they'll treat you right.

I wish I could put 0 star... I called 2 hours before my pick up time to make sure that everything was fine and I was told that yes. When I arrived to the location, people were waiting for hours .. I’ve waited 3 hours before my turn arrived.. but to get the car they took me to another location which was 30 minutes away from where I was supposed to pick it up.. it wasted my day during my holidays vacation. Seriously guys, I was expecting more from a big company such as Enterprise. Very very disappointing! So for god sake... STOP OVERBOOKING CARS!!

they called me to arrange a pick-up. then they didn't show up. then they said it was because I never called after work, but they called me after work to arrange the pickup time. Why do I need to call if I already talked to an employee there ??? They also told me that i had to return the car on a certain day (insurance was only covering me for that period). The date they told me to return was wrong and then they said they never told me that date. the last thing is they did was tell me i was going to get my deposit after 2 business days. its been 2 weeks and im still waiting. very poor communication. they like to blame the customer for their mistakes. GO TO DISCOUNT, I got way better service over there
