The transaction with renting was very smooth. The staff were all very friendly, professional and nice! The shuttle service was already at the airport when I arrived. The amount I paid for the rental is super worth it. The condition and brand of the car they rented is great. The interior is very clean and well-maintained. I accidentally left a bag of treats in car and I only realized when we got dropped of at the airport. The staff was kind enough to drop it off at the airport! Overall a great experience!! Would definitely rent with them again!

We have 3 children and we rented a car for two weeks, the pickup from the airport was easy and we got our car fast and for two weeks we traveled through all Alberta with no issues and smooth ride. The service at the return was fast and dropped us back at the airport at no time.

I always a little bit stressed to rent a car, but with Zoom rent a car is perfect. They give me the best service I can get. No extra charges, pick up and drop off was easy, and the costumer service is great. They are very helpfull! I was 100% satisfied with service and for sure I will rent with them in future when coming back to Calgary! Recommend!

Great service overall. Called in on arrival and a shuttle arrived quickly to pick us up. They were really friendly and helpful when showing us the car. No issues at all when using the car itself. Easy return process. Highly recommend.

Great service with shuttle to and from the Calgary airport. Handled rental process and insurance claim professionally. 10/10 recommend using and look forward to my next visit to Banff. Will definitely use Zoom Rent A Car Calgary again.

I'm so glad I found this place!  The customer service and team work is amazing.  The car was awesome and filled gas only once during an almost a week rental. The shuttle service to and from the airport is so convenient. Karan, Karam, Paul and Gurvinder, thank you for making renting a car so pleasant and seamless.  Will be back for sure.

When we first arrived the staff was really nice and we got a great car that was really clean and fuel efficient. But when we wanted to return the car at the end of our stay a staff member was really rude on the phone when we called in. Also please note they only pick and drop you off at the airport so if you needed to be dropped at your hotel you have to take a taxi.

Love this place! Renting a car can be such a pain but they made it super easy, and very affordable. I almost took the shuttle to Banff but this was a way better option.
