Discount Location d'autos et camions

Do not rent from here if you want extra billing. I booked a car on expedia which was through ACE car rentals who Discount represent at this location. Upon returning car I asked how much the charge would be and he said $52 and I showed him the price from expedia quoted and it was the same on the rental agreement. After arguing a bit he said ok and stated he could not print a reciept because is was through ACE car rentals and in the end we were billed $52. And they gave me a vehicle that had no window washer fluid.

Great service as usual. They managed to find me a truck 6 hrs before my reservation to help me move my stuff in time. Staff is very friendly even on busy days. They have a huge float of trucks and cars to accommodate all your needs.

On the busiest day of the year they actually served me quick and with a smile XD even tho they had 20 people behind me at each counter and it was only 9 am XD

Had my reservation cancelled because the employee I spoke to did not know I had to make a deposit, even though I offered to give my credit card information. So without a deposit I lost the truck I needed. They made the mistake but I had to pay for it. Still much better than U-Haul who cancelled my reservation the day before the move without explanation.
