No dropbox at this location which is not convenient. I ended up returning the vehicle in the evening and had to go back the following day to drop the keys at which point they wanted to charge an extra day. After arguing with the agent they told me a manager would call me the following day to settle everything but never did. I had to call back a few days later when I saw the charge on my credit card. They ended up not charging the extra day but I had to argue for it and had to call back to get the invoice. Would have been nice to have this all settled when I went back to drop the keys off, especially since we have a corporate agreement with Discount and use them often.

staffs are nice in this rental place. they use tablet to show you the damage of the car and milage . it makes the whole process a lot faster ...
