Booked a jetted tub room weeks in advance. Only half the jets work. No hand soap or conditioner with the room, it was very bare in that sense. Ordered from the hotel restaurant and got extremely small portions that were not very good. House keeping knocked on our door at 9am sharp and when we didn't answer, knocked again three times until I got out of bed and told her we did not need house keeping. Breakfast was good, that was the most exceptional part of the hotel

Nice hotel. Good location in between Walmart and Mall. Breakfast was okay. Rooms are nice with separate large tub for bathing. Room fridge is very tiny which sucks for long stays. Overall I would recommend this 🏨

This hotel has gone down hill. Paid $180 for a dirty room. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. There was milkshake or something that looked like a milkshake on the wall and bathroom door knob. Floors were dirty. *Intoxicated people in the lobby. *Sounded like a herd of elephants on the floor above. Bonus: No bedbugs; coffee; very nice shuttle driver. 3 stars for those 3 perks. After traveling for 12 hours I did not have the energy to even try to find another room. We literally only stayed for at this hotel for 7 hours.

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Super friendly staff, great location with the Dimond Mall across the parking lot and 907 Ale House down the road.

Room wasn't ready when we checked in, they had their van driver looking for a clean room for us. Went to have breakfast at 9:00am but it was closed because of daylight savings ( they didn't set their clocks back, so they opened an hour early and closed an hour early). Rooms and nice and comfy with a nice big bath tub.
