I've spent 3 nights at this budget hotel. It's a short drive to the Anchorage airport (about 2 miles), and the hotel shuttle will come to pick you up. Staff was very courteous and my room had a fridge and was clean. The included breakfast was fine too. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Anchorage. Plenty of parking if you need it.

This is nice enough, but the main attraction for me is the cheap rooms section around back. Cheapest in Anchorage. Shuttle service to airport is nice too.

We were suddenly looking for a place to stay before regular check in time. We found one of two rooms available with the other ready about 1p. We checked in and got the keys to the first room and then they called us when we could get keys to the second room. Another nice benefit was the continental breakfast, but it is not restocked as needed-you might have to get there earlier than later. Rooms are stocked with towels for 2 people, we had to call for additional as we had 6 in our party. The real problem was when we got a call from Nellie at the front desk at 1:30AM. YES, AM! She was calling us to tell us the room was not paid for. Never mind we registered and had keys to both room, they only charged our card for one. She wanted to know if she could charge the card for the second room. In the morning, we went to the counter to complain where we found out it was Nellie I was talking to about the abrupt wake up. As I took a couple steps away and I glanced back where Nellie was laughing with the new employee next to her. I told her it was not a laughing matter to wake someone for an employee's mistake. It could have waited until morning. Her excuse was she wanted us to be safe. We were then taken to the airport on the free every half hour shuttle. A bag did not get taken off the van and was realized as it was driving away. We called and were told that we needed to wait for the next shuttle as they needed to stay on schedule. Since it is only 10 minute max to drive to the airport, the van could have easily make a circle and drop the bag and still been back at the motel for the next shuttle time. Even after giving the airline and the specific door # we were at, it continued by us as we waited for the next van. My son ran to try to catch it down at the other end of the building. I called again as I wasn't sure he was going to make it and was told that I would need to find the taxi waiting area. I told her no that I wasn't going to run all over when it could be driven right to me, but then I could see that my son was coming back and it was in his hands. We do not recommend this place. They are just not in the service business.

Excellent staff with the only exception a manager named Chico. He was very unprofessional and rude.
