My jewelry was stolen. We went out twice in the evening and left our belongings in the hotel. Every bit of my jewelry was stolen while we were gone. They said they had no proof that I even had my jewelry there. I have no proof that the hotel is secure. We were there to go on a cruise. The manager told me that any security cameras had changed over to newer recordings and that they had nothing recorded of when we were there. Housekeeping denied having taken or seen it. One of them, I was told, was new and in training. So they did they really know that person? There was a locked adjoining door between us and the next room. Someone could have even come through that door and searched our belongings. I later even called the national headquarters. No help at all. A Very Expensive Hotel for one night. The rooms were nice. We had no problem with the rest of their services. But... Having my jewelry taken was a very big deal for me. I gave a detailed list of every piece of jewelry to the manager. Someone there took my jewelry. If an employee will steal from guests, they are also finding ways to steal from the hotel....you can bet on it. The jewelry was beautiful. Whoever took it, if a woman, will wear it eventually, or sell it. With the detailed list I gave them I hoped some of my jewelry would be recognized. The hotel refused to admit to any responsibility. No One Should Pay to stay in a hotel, get precious possessions taken and then basically be told as far as they are concerned, it never happened. All I wanted was my jewelry back. I had precious jewelry stolen. Absolutely no responsibility was acknowledged by the hotel. Some of the jewelry I have owned for years and it was just a part of my life, a part of me. Other pieces were brand new to go with dressing up on the cruise. Our experience at this hotel took away more than my jewelry.

We love to stay here with our children. The rooms have been remodeled recently. It is close to many of our favorite places in Anchorage. They allow dogs. They include a delicious breakfast.

We stayed here bc there was a 7 hour gap until our next flight and we were already delayed. We just came here to have a good sleep. It was really nice and even better was the free shuttle service back to the airport.

Gets 2 stars because it wxists, and they've spent enough money on the exterior. Room wasn't filthy, carpet from the 70's or 80's at best. Bed was like a rock. I won't stay here again if it can be helped.

The rooms were pretty big and the bed was comfortable. Being near the airport is a huge plus as well. I was disappointed in their pet policy (you can't leave the pet unattended), but I was very grateful for their honesty about it at the front desk. This hotel has rooms which allow smoking, so walking down the hallway had the scent if cigarettes. The walls were a bit thin, as I could frequently hear the lady next door talking (I assume on her phone). The staff was super friendly and so very helpful though. I would go again if I didn't have a pet with me.
