I bought a Coach handbag for my daughter for Christmas a few years back and now she's had several (mostly gifts from me.) The staff is amazingly friendly and polite -- and it can't be because they think I'm well-to-do! I wear my banged-up blue jeans and scuffed boots when I go there, but they treat me like royalty. I feel so welcome in the store, and no one pesters me to buy something. When I'm happy and relaxed, I do my best shopping.
