The first two staff members we encountered for help at the service desk (an older gentleman and a young guy) were incredibly dismissive, not even trying to help us solve our problem. They told us the product we were looking for didn't exist, despite the fact that we knew it did as it's on the Rona website. The third staff member we spoke with was Barry, who was very helpful, listened to our needs and helped us find the product we were looking for.

Not a great store. Poor selection. But nothing else near here. So it does come in handy.

Been back and forth for past 2 weeks. Great service no matter who on shift. Always willing to walk with you to find an item not just point and hope you understood.
