Great experience! Came in and was greeted by store staff. Told him what I was looking for toilet seat, 2x shower heads, towel rod and he directed me to the right location. And checkout was a breeze, special shout out to Mary who was pleasant and professional

Staff are nice. This is not the big store rona with appliances and other selections but they should have most of the day to day construction items. Their location is also very convenient being close to subway lines

Afternoon of January 12 2026, Whoever answers the returns extension when you call should really not be working there... I called for an item check and she never came back.. I called back and she said oh. Yeah, sorry and I asked for something else to check. And she also never came back... I called back again for another 8 minutes hold and decided to go somewhere else. Why is customer service turned on its head? If you don't like what you're doing, don't work there. Go do something else life is short!

“The staff and location of this store are all 5 star”. I just don’t understand why the hours are so short? This store provides essential products for home owners. After covid the hours have shortened and never came back. I’m surprised the headquarter allows this underutilization of their assets. Hire some more part timers and run your store at least like home depot or Canadian Tire.

When I tried to return something, the Indian male associate said that I should have opened the product in store and try it out because they don’t normally accept returns. Not sure he is lying since this goes against store policy. Not happy with their service. I would avoid Rona just because of their return policy.
