Feels like you are browsing through a duty-free beauty/skin department right before a flight without the overpowering smell of perfume. Much less variety than Sephora, although they stock majority of the big brands like Clarins, Lancome, Nars, Chanel, Bobbi Brown. You can cash your PC Optimum points here which is a big bonus! Only negative is that I found the sales reps are brand-biased, so they are mostly familiar with products within their own brands. This is unfortunate especially if you want other recommendations.

No one offered to help me. Staff were all too busy talking to each other. Tried to get their attention and they ignored me.

My experience today at Murale was fantastic. I decided to pop in to the store to take advantage of the FAB and FREE gift. When I entered the store, I was approached by a member of staff who offered to put a bag on hold for me after telling me that they only had 2 left in stock. Thank you so much to the team for being so helpful.
