I have been going to this store for many years now and they always offer terrific customer service. I take it over Canadian tire and Home Depot in the area. They have a great selection and their prices are reasonable. They seem to hire young staff, presumably from the area which is a nice touch.

I have shopped at this store for many years. Friendly and helpful staff. Breaks my heart that they will be closing for good and that's down to a decrease in sales due to the damn Metrolinx construction. This location has been open for over 25 years. A staple in this neighbourhood. It's sad to know that they will be closing to be determined when. Currently they have items at 40% off. Sorry that you're leaving our beloved neighbourhood.

Old fashioned hardware where you can get advice along with bits and pieces not available in the box stores. Sadly this store is closing soon, another victim of the LRT construction and pending redevelopment. It will be missed after many years of serving this community.

Useless..I had called ahead.i was assured they dad plenty 19 of the item in stock. After spending an hour driving there and not finding the item, I asked where they were. Chap looked at computer and said they had 19 in stock..I asked where..he couldn't find any either..in front of him I called another store who looked before saying they had none in stock.. No wonder this store is going out of business!!!!!

This location is closing after 30 years because RioCan is redeveloping Canada's first strip mall into condos with minimum retail to be available at grade level. Sunnybrook Home Hardware will be a huge loss for the neighbourhood. The same owner does have two other East York locations.

Great store! Shame about all the construction in the area but I still make the effort to give them my business.

Terrible - waited 25 minutes past the posted opening time of 9:00 on a Tuesday. 4 other people waiting outside. Needed something for an emergency and they ruined my morning schedule. Why post these hours if they dont honor them? Went out of my way to come here.

Would advise you to do some thorough research before you go. Staff is friendly and helpful but not very well educated in general appliances being sold.

A bit too crowded and difficult to access certain items due to size of store. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Staff make this place great. If the traffic in the area wasn't such a nightmare I'd be there more often.
