Niagara Cottage Rental

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! We were promised a full refund for our stay at 1 Sentry Circle by a lady named "Chris" - the apparent Manager of the location. This is after we were unhappy with the room, and the smell of the chemicals used in the air to cover up pee stains from a previous client (they were ill, and my wife and I do not blame them). She denied any smells or chemicals until she told us a gentlemen with a catheter was previously in the room and had issues with his bladder. If we hadn't complaint, we would have been sleeping in pee all night covered up by lavender!. This, along with a dirty location and bad service drove us to demand a refund, which she agreed to. After several phone calls and emails, she still hasn't refunded us, OR called us back, and we expect this is the same type of service she will provide anyone else who stays at any of these accommodations. Stay far away!

We stayed here and did a niagara wine tour during the day. It is an absolutely beautiful, charismatic, and cosy little cottage close to everything. Very comfy beds, great backyard, and a garden that will impress anyone.

Lovely cottage; The beds are so comfortable and appreciated having a full kitchen to cook meals. We used the BBQ in the back yard which was handy plus the (Gennair) BBQ in the kitchen. I loved the garden, so unusual I thought I was up in North Ontario and there were so many areas to sit and enjoy all the flowers and birds. This is our yearly vacation spot.

Very comfortable space, owner thought of everything that you may have forgotten and provided it. Great space for a small family and for longer duration stays.
