Great Wolf Lodge

We stayed one night Thursday-Friday and we must say his place is amazing. We live in Toronto and was amazed that this place existed relatively close to home. The pools seemed very safe with lifeguards everywhere. Activities and events for kids were plentiful. Cant' get enough of how great this place is. We even lost one of our gift bags with presents inside and it was found and mailed to us within the week! We highly recommend going to Great Wolf Lodge. We always heard it was expensive, but way worth it. It lost a star because the buffet staff weren't very accommodating. Also, breakfast food was way better than dinner.

First time here and definitely will not be our last. We absolutely loved our stay there was so much to do. Get the paw pass for each child and buy the meal plan to save $$$ The service is impressive and the food was fantastic. Had a wonderful massage in the spa by Shannon. It was also the middle of October and they were set up for Halloween I’m so glad I called ahead and found out the kids could wear their costumes. They had a blast at the Halloween party and they loved the quest! The water park is awesome with some slides even adults will get a thrill from. We can’t wait to return to Great Wolf Lodge you guys know exactly what you are doing thank you so much my family really needed this.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The staff were all very kind and friendly, including the lifeguards and housekeeping! The water park was very professionally run, with an incredible response time for marty issues. Our room was magical, our kids were freaking out when they got there over how cool their beds were. Being in facilities maintenance myself, I tended to observe the fine details in the lodge. The lighting, wood trimmings, atmosphere all added to an experience that is calling us back (as soon as we can afford it).

After our fourth visit to Great Wolf Lodge we just had to review. Each visit was thoroughly enjoyed by all members of our family, big and small. Lots of activities for all ages and the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The level of customer service is exceptional and should be a model for other business to strive toward. We will be back again and again.

We had a ton of fun here. We had 2 kids with us, 11 and 8. There was a lot of activities going in for kids. Nightly dance parties, arcades bowling, mini golf (closed for the season while we were there) and of course the huge indoor water park. The grown ups loved the hot tubs. I especially liked the outdoor hot tub. There was a neat game for the kids involving magic wands and exploring various spots throughout the hotel. It was a bit pricey, so we skipped it for this trip. But maybe next time! We ended up doing the meal plan. For the 4 of us we got 3 meals for $150. Not too bad, and we didn't have to travel or pay tips. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style and we had 3 choices for lunch. We went during October so there was lots of Halloween stuff going in. Check for seasonal activities so you can plan your trip. We plan to go again next year. Lots of fun!
