Niagara Lodge & Suites

The room looked nothing like what was promised. They never provided any Kleenex. When asked for it, the staff looked at me like I was stupid. And told me they will see if they have some. But never bothered to come back. The room was a smoke free room but they had a well used ashtray right outside the window. The bed was useless and I sank right down and the corners raised up. The bottom sheet was just a regular sheet thrown on top. The staff did not care at all about our needs. I paid $156 for a king room but what I got was just a regular room with a king bed in and a jetted tub poorly placed in. The bathroom never had a counter. I started itching as soon as I got into the room. And when I saw a review from another person saying they saw bed bugs I quickly got out of the place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. A WASTE OF MONEY. They don't even deserve a star!

Overall, worth the price you pay. Definitely not a fancy place, but it was clean. The service desk was very friendly and helpful. Don't count on the free breakfast as it really isn't much... but considering that they don't charge very much in the first place I can't blame them. If you're staying on a budget, it is a good choice. If you can afford to pay more... well the choice is yours.

Was absolutely disgusting. Dirty sheets on the bed. Carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. Multiple bugs in the bathtub each morning. Door had been previously kicked in and you could see out all the way around it. There were 3 locks on the door and they were all broken. Exposed wiring in the room. If you wanted to use their junky little coffee maker in the room you had to unplug the TV! Wasn't even able to park in the motel parking lot when we returned from the falls. Said something to the desk person and got an extremely rude response of " it's free parking, anyone can park here". I would rate this dump 50 negative stars if I were able to!!!!!?

Nice lodge with warm and cool staff......any complaint they try and address it immediately ans always come up with some solution. Not very classy but then too good for night stay

Free parking,Free Breakfast, no charge for fridge or microwave, Some hotels around Niagara Fridge is 15-20$ night , parking 15-50+$ a night not to mention the breakfast prices they charged. Here that's all included in a rate that's cheaper then the above prices,the staff and owner are real nice, l almost didn't stay here cause of people's remarks. However l came, they showed me a room and we're very accommodating, let me check in early as they could, at no charge. There was a post saying 10$ an hour. I rate hotels based on the amount you pay, rooms were clean, pool area was taken care of ,breakfast was great. It's not the Hilton but it's not 300+ a night. If you want to see Niagara Falls, and not break the bank this is the Hotel for you. Kids's are really enjoying the pool, nice chairs there too.Check it out for yourself. I will update during my stay.
