I actually liked my stay. I was staying at a kitchenette room. It was clean and the housekeeping people are SO NICE. They were there everyday to have my room cleaned. The view is okay. The area is a bit safe as long as u dont care about your surroundings there wont be much sketchy people to notice.nnAlthough the only problem was during my stay i encountered 6 roaches. 1 on my first day. 2 out of nowhere after like 3 days of me staying there and the rest in bathroom the day before leaving.nnI recommend getting your room cleaned everyday if you are staying. Everything else was okay. Not bad for a great value and kitchenette room.

If I can only give ZERO star to this place, I will. I am calling out this place for a horrible experience. At first, the room they gave us was not ready, sheets are on the floor, towels are used. I asked to change our room, we were transferred to a new one, but to our suprise when I was about to put my child to the bed, it was dirty.nWe complained but the receptionist was not helpful. The Manager Dinesh, refused for a full refund, they wanted to clean the the room again and change the linens. Any guest does not deserve this kind of service. My baby developed rashes after staying in their room.nWe just wanted a nice experience in Niagara but this accomodation messed up our expectations.nI will never go back to that place, and for sure will never recommend to anyone.nVery lousy customer service.

I made a reservation at this hotel, but when I arrived, I found bed bugs in the room. I went to speak with the manager, and requested a cleaner room. Unfortunately, the second room I was given was also with bed bugs.nnSince I was traveling with my family, I decided to leave the hotel immediately and requested a refund, as we had not used any of the facilities and were not expecting such an unacceptable situation.nnThe manager, Dinesh, refused to give us a refund or offer any other help.nnI will never return to this place, and I do not recommend it to anyone. It was a terrible experience.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, I would like to mention that the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly — including proper vacuuming, sanitizing, and replacing all linens.nnIn particular, the areas under the beds should be cleaned, as we found food crumbs and fries, which could attract pests. Thankfully, we did not encounter bed bugs, which was a concern after reading previous Google reviews.nnWe also noticed a rodent outside the building, likely due to the open trash bins. Relocating the bins further from the hotel would be more sanitary and help prevent health issues.nnAdditionally, I would recommend a weekly cleaning of the hallway carpets. Since this is a family-friendly place, it would also be better to make the entire property a non-smoking area, with a designated smoking spot set further away from children.nnOverall, we had no sickness or insect bites during our stay, but these improvements would make the experience much better.

Worst room i ever seen, i'll explain.nFirst thing, the room is nowhere near what the pictures are showing.nWalls full of stains, furnitures are in a deplorable state. Bed sheets with cigarettes burning holes. We enter the bathroom.. mold on the walls and the sillicone of the bath is full of mold, the shower head cover isnt glued on the wall so its hanging around the pole.. toilet seat retains by only one screw, so its moving left and right and on top of it, NO HOT WATER, it was ice cold. Indian staff barely speak english, makes it hard to communicate.. if i could give 0 star, i would.
