Our first experience with coast appliances and definitely our last. We ordered a dishwasher January of 2022 and were told it could be a 2-3 month wait in which we were okay with. Fast forward to now almost a year later with countless emails back and forth, we still don't have our dishwasher. Instead we are getting a different dishwasher that they offered to us since the original is delayed even further to March 2023. I also forgot to mention that on top of all this hassle, the salesperson ordered the wrong original dishwasher. Fast forward to now, we have now paid the full price of the dishwasher as of last week and have a scheduled delivery date for tomorrow. Nobody is answering their phone to let us know the delivery time and nobody has called us ahead for a specific delivery time like every other company does when they deliver a large appliance. So I guess we will be waiting all day tomorrow in hopes for our dishwasher delivery. What a waste of our time. I will update this post if we don't receive it tomorrow our scheduled delivery date. Edit: no delivery came, no returned phone calls, and no returned emails from earlier in the week during their scheduled hours.. but they made sure they got their money from us before the holidays while leaving us without the appliance we paid in full for.
Great layout competitive prices, however my girlfriend and I were in there for over 20 minutes looking for a new fridge and we were not approached by a single salesperson. Now I truly appreciate non aggressive sales staff, but a quick introduction wld of been nice, we had some questions. We will try again as I feel maybe the staff were busy. I will update my review once we go back.
I bought a washing machine on November 23rd. My salesperson was knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful. Front desk counter also very good. What was not good was another "salesman" on the phone behind the counter doing calls to contractors and other referring to the delivery people as "monkeys" and trained monkeys. He was basically giving the impression that they needed explicit delivery instructions because they were not very bright. The conversation was loud, disrespectful to a service part of the industry and really....just not great. I did receive a response from company to earlier review, but I did not get any confirmation that they will deal with this issue in any manner. Addendum: Wrong date put in for delivery the week that had passed. Salesman was apologetic and I was offered 50% off of delivery fee I have requested 100% with a delivery date that is five days later than original and now its supposed to snow on that date. While I appreciate the handling, I do hope that more training on basic data input can be done with salespeople as this has really cast a pall on a previously reasonable experience.
Don't buy from Coast appliances. Terrible service once the washing machine was payed for. installed correctly but servicemen did not bring enough drainage hose and told me to go to home depot and fix that myself, so unit was never tested. Washing machine was very load during spin cycle and Coast never sent a service team back for over 4 days. Salesman would not return calls.. We ended up having to call the appliance manufacturer ourselves to get a repairman to resolve the issue.
We are a returning customer and have had nothing but the best experience. We came in for a washer and dryer. Samira was an amazing salesperson in explaining the features/ benefits of the different brands. We went with the Electrolux. The installation went smoothly. Danny, Josh and Tyson were professional installers that took the time and care to set up and remove our old appliances. I highly recommend Coast Appliances. Deepak and Anita Dayal
We recently purchased a Samsung Electric Range from Coast Appliances. Their prices were the best for the quality of ranges available. The Range was in stock and delivered within a week. We are very happy with our experience shopping there, the price and our oven.
We bought our deep freeze in October 2020 , and have had nothing but problems, there has been no help from Coast on this issue we have contacted the manufacturer and they have sent an "Expert" to repair twice already, today will be the 3rd time said "Expert" is coming. Just beware that when buying from Coast you will receive no help when the products they sell do not work.
Very satisfied with their customer service. The sales person Samira is very knowledgeable and helpful she spent time to find the best deals for me I called her over and over, every time she was being very nice and patient with me. Their prices might not be the best but they match and beat prices so, this is what customers need , the delivery persons were very nice and professional as well also they recommended Fast Track Appliances for installation,the guys who came for installation were very professional as well. Good selection!
Thank you so much to Kevin Graham at Coast for setting up and having delivered a new washer within 3 days. I was desperate and have a newborn so laundry was piling up, he was fantastic and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here in the future and recommend Kevin or coast to any friends and family! The delivery guys were also prompt and respectful and fantastic! Thank you guys so much for a great overall experience! The washer also works great and is perfect for our needs!
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG, The Store Has made an Effort to Contact them on our Behalf however SAMSUNG REPLACED OUR BROKEN DRYER WITH ANOTHER FAULTY DRYER DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG
