I had the worst experience purchasing from this store. All of the items were broken and so far it’s been two week they are keep telling me they are coming to pick them up but their delivery drivers are not picking them up. These staff took my bedroom and for the last 2 weeks me and my pregnant wife are sleeping on the couch. After talking to the manager, so many promises made and none delivered. If you are not looking for headache, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I bought dining table set while ago. It was a great buy and sales lady Maryam was great follow up service and explained the product very well. I was very happy and I came back bought mattress again. I love to come back specially this location brick.
Saw an offer to win my purchase by leaving a review so thank you for the opportunity! I am very happy with my experience and purchase! Went in for a few dining chairs and being 9 months pregnant my mobility and comfort doesn’t last long in any particular position so I was very appreciative of being greeted and helped so quickly. I asked about the chairs I was looking for and she took me right to them. I was in and out within about 15min and was able to pickup my items from the warehouse the same day. My husband assembled the chairs when I got home and our dining room looks so refreshed and gorgeous with the addition of these chairs. Thank you!
We visited this store few times and met a nice sales gentlemen called Jay who is very friendly and professional. He provided a great service to us to select better furniture and appliances. Also, he provided some discounts to satisfy us and helped to resolve some after sales matters. We do not hesitate to recommend him to any one who need his service @ Bricks United Blvd store.
I purchased bedroom furniture and had installers come by. When furniture arrived, installers came in 48 hours and noticed couple of boxes damaged. I called The Brick and Sharleen Josiah in customer service help me. She listened to me patiently and assured me that she will get this sorted. She called me back and informed me since they had none in stock she would order and make sure installers will come and get this done. Really thankful for all your help, Sharleen. Appreciate it. The Brick has always been my store. And to add stars the staffs are really nice and polite, specially customer service - Sharleen, Linda and Sam. Keep up the great service
If I could rate zero star I totally would. I had this chest and dresser delivered today. The delivery guys did not removed the pallets nailed to the bottom of the furniture before they left. I did not mind removing the cardboard, which I already had such difficulties removing the bottom part as the furniture were really heavy. But pallets? Especially when they were nailed to the furniture? We called the store and this lady who claimed that she was the manager refused to send help or even refused to instruct me how to get those pallets removed. If I could get help from someone else then why did I pay almost a hundred bulk to get them delivered to my place? Not her responsibility, she said. Wow, what kind of customer service would leave customer hanging like this? She was really something. Updated: The other manager of The Brick gave me a call few hours later. He apologized and promptly sent the fleet team to my place to remove the pallets. I was satisfied at last.
I'm writing this review, because I was very impressed with a young lady named Brittany. As I approached the counter she got out of her desk immediately and asked me if she could help me! As I explained what I was looking for she promptly called for help. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and made sure that I was taking care of. Brittany made sure I received the extra products that were available to me up on my purchase. From start to finish Brittany was nothing but professional. Brittany is definitely an asset to your company and I will return to do business because of her professionalism. Vicki
We had great service from Sharleen here. We purchased our furniture and had it delivered. One of the items which was a chair we purchased broke during delivery. We called the Brick and spoke to Sharleen. She was very understanding and patient when I explained what happened. She offered us several options and didnt try to rush us. Sharleen was very pleasant to deal with and she spent time helping us with our order and making it right. Thank you Sharleen!
For sure the best the brick around. I went to buy a sofa and ended up buying the whole set for the living room. The staff is very helpful, specially Ram, who had the patience to show me many different options and alternatives to match it all. The best part was the discounts ram gave me, which was the main reason i took the whole thing. For sure I’ll go back if i need more furniture.
It was Amazing shopping with “Mimi”, we buy a great sofa , she was given us a good offer and showing us what’s the best price , she is very friendly I recommend if you will shopping from brick just ask for “Mimi”
