Overpriced. Staff are inattentive if you do not conform to their predetermined notion of a spending couple. Might have been interested in a sectional but three salespeople were more interested in discussing flying to Asia.

The worst customer services I've ever experienced. After waiting 4 months for a shipment of a dresser they deliver the wrong item. Called the store manager Tony, he said it would take another 2 months to order the right one in. This is beyond frustrating, waiting since August 2017 and now it's December.... would have to wait 6+ months for the right furniture. Sandy's furniture clearly does not care about customers or customer services, as long as your credit card is approved .. you are an after thought. VERY VERY UNHAPPY, WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Staff are very eager to sell. Persistence after awhile becomes nuisance. Good selection but prices seem high.

!!! TERRIBLE delivery service !!! We were expecting a bed and got told it would be delivered between 1 and 3pm, and that someone would call the morning of to confirm. My husband actually had to call himself to ask confirmation of times the day of. He got a call at 12.15pm the day of, sahing the delivery person would be there in 10 minutes. My husband was not home becaue not expecting them until 1pm. He got told he would have to reschedule the delivery. When he called back, they wanted to charge him for rescheduling. When he told them about someone mentioning the bed would be delivered between 1 and 3pm, he got told that was only an approximate. The bed was finally delivered last week-end, 5 minutes after the delivery person called my husband. Once again, talk about a half hour heads up. As I've read in previous reviews, my husband had to help the delivery people carry the bed frame upstairs, to make sure they wouldn't hit and damage the walls. And to make matters worse, they had forgotten their tools to build the frame, so my husband had to go through moving boxes to lend his. There were 2 people, and my husband had to follow one constantly, as he looked very sketchy. Theyn for some reason, decided to open the windows and to leave them open after they left. My husband had to clean after them. 2 things we would like to share, dear Sandy's Furniture. - Do not tell people you will show up between a certain time if you cannot fulfill that service. It's called FALSE ADVERTISING. People have other things to do than to wait all day for you to show up. - It's appalling , having to pay $100 delivery charge when we live a five minute drive away, and having to on top lend your tools so your staff can do their job. We will definitely not be recommending your services and, were we ever to buy furniture at your location again (which will be our last resort of course), we will not be using the delivery services you offer. A shame, considering the quality of furniture you offer ...
