Nice store with lots of cool products and home decor. Definitely a good option when looking for new design. Huge free parking. Staff are nice but not genuine. If would have better service would give 5 stars. Some items are on sale and can find good deals.

When the item I was looking for was sold out at that location, a sales associate helped me track down and hold it somewhere else. You can find a great varity of home accessories, but many items are overpriced. They do claim to price match, so do ykur homework if you're after a specific item/product.

I was thrilled to find an item on BB&B online that I've been searching high and low for. I phoned & placed my order with Fareen at the Coquitlam location. She was so friendly and upbeat while I explained what I needed and she made placing the order very easy. I will be picking up my order at the Coquitlam location so I can personally thank the Store Manager for the excellent service I received from Fareen today. She is an asset to BB&B and I'm looking forward to meeting her.

Overheard a sales person being quite rude with a customer which was a surprise. The people who helped me were lovely.
