Robinson Lighting and Bath Centre

I was really happy with the follow up I got from the store manager here. I placed my order for new lights knowing that it was very close to Christmas. I wanted to have them hung before we had people over for dinner. EVERY other store I went to said no way that they wouldn't even place the order if it had to be in by Christmas. The store manager here called the manufacture and got them in with time to spare!

I went into Robinson looking for new lights to update a condo I just bought. I didnt have a big budget but as a first time home owner I wanted to change a few things to make the space feel like home.I am so happy I stopped in! Many of the styles were on sale and there were extra deals on some floor models...I ended up finding a light for above my table that I LOVE!, a bedroom lamp and a new light for my bathroom ( I will be coming back for thr bathroom light) The girl in the store looked at the pictures of my space and offered great suggestions that matched my style.

Amir is AWESOME!!!!! Super efficient, personable, great sense of humour and patience on the phone. He truly knows how to problem solve quickly. He saved me a ton of time. I was trying to locate a replacement bulb that is not so easy to find. He found it so easily. Super professional and fast customer service. Keep up the great work Amir.

I was looking everywhere for a glass cover for a light fixture that I broke and not only did the guy at this store offer to help me he went above and beyond by finding me the exact replacement! Great Service!

I had initially worked with Amir to quote a bathroom vanity for my renovation project. While we ended up going a different direction, Amir's excellent customer service stayed with me. So much so that, a couple months later, he was the first person I called to order a heated towel rack and accessories for my bathroom project. Supremely customer oriented, and made my experience with Robinson effortless. Thanks again - looking forward to working with you again in the future!
